How secure is my information?
Security is a top priority at ThinkGeo and we would be happy to discuss the various security systems in place to help keep your data secure. The scope of this question is too broad for a simple answer and depends largely on the edition of Cygnus Track you choose, the wireless data provider, your computer network/hardware, GPS tracking equipment and physical security of the assets being tracked. For a more in-depth answer, please contact one of our knowledgeable sales representatives and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I lock users out of my Cygnus Track system?
Yes, you can block users on several different levels. You can disable an entire account, which blocks everyone in it. You can disable an organization, so that only users belonging to that organization are blocked. You can disable individual users as well. There is also a lockout utility which you can use to give blocked users a pop-up message when they try to log in.
Is my company information in ThinkGeo's systems kept private?
Yes; information we receive through the Cygnus Track or ThinkGeo websites is subject to our privacy policy. You will find that we never sell information about you and that we assist each client in the strictest of confidence.
