If you're using Cygnus Track Hosted, Enterprise or Integrator Edition, it's easy to get fast, one-on-one support for your GPS tracking solution. Our professional support staff can help you with any questions you may have, and you can track the status of your support issues at ThinkGeo's online Customer Portal. Here's how it works:
- Visit the ThinkGeo Customer Portal, your centralized support center.
- If this is your first time using the Customer Portal, click "Register Now" to create a new account. Otherwise, enter your username and password to login.
- To get help with a particular issue, create a new support ticket describing the nature of your issue. One of ThinkGeo's
support professionals will respond shortly. Each support ticket you create will deduct from the number
of available tickets in your customer account.
- Additional support tickets may be purchased by contacting your sales representative.
