GPS Tracking Devices Certified for Cygnus Track

We've certified a number of popular GPS tracking devices for use with Cygnus Track 6.0 and beyond, including some that you can purchase directly from us, already preconfigured to work with your Cygnus Track account. Certifying a device for Cygnus Track means that we have developed and tested a "listener" that enables Cygnus Track to communicate with the device, and that you'll be able to start using these devices with no further development necessary.

We're constantly certifying new devices for use with Cygnus Track, so if you don't see yours, check back soon or find out more about how you can add your own custom device support with minimal programming.

If you have tracking devices that aren't listed here, don't worry. Cygnus Track's versatile Device Gateway system and Device Simulator application make it easy for programmers to add support for their own custom or specialty tracking devices in just a few lines of code. (Custom device integration capability on Cygnus Track Starter Edition is limited; please contact us for details.)

Having Trouble? Check the Communications Log.

If you're experiencing difficulties with your tracking devices, or aren't seeing locations being posted in Cygnus Track, check the debug communications log at http://deviceerrorlog.cygnustrack.com. It will show you successful and unsuccessful communications for each type of device.

For even faster access, click on the debug communications log link above, next to the type of device you're having trouble with. Then, you will need to enter the device ID (also referred to as the IMEI) for the device you want to view logged messages for.
